Synchronicity is always present, yet often goes unnoticed. It begins with an intention and becomes visible through your ability to sense and respond. Intuition plays a central role in this process, helping you recognize what is aligned and what is not. When your intention is not fully connected to your authentic presence, things can feel unclear or slightly off. A shift allows you to return to yourself and re-establish that connection. By sharing what is present, you begin to bring awareness to your experience. This creates space for your perception to open and for intuition to become easier to notice and trust. As intention, intuition, and your authentic presence come into alignment, patterns begin to reveal themselves more naturally. From this place, authentic expression emerges with more clarity and ease. Synchronicity is not something you create, but something you start to recognize as you move in coherence with yourself. This circle offers a shared space to move through that process together. It supports you in sharing, shifting, and aligning with your own rhythm, while becoming more aware of how life reflects that alignment back to you. Trust the process. Stay open. Let what is already unfolding become visible. Indications Clothing: Please come dressed in comfortable, flexible clothing that allows for both movement and rest - items like leggings, yoga pants, or soft track bottoms work best. Try to avoid jeans, skirts, or any tight everyday outfits. What to Bring: All essentials are available (yoga mat, cushion, small blanket, water and tea), please bring with you an eye mask or blindfold, notebook and pen, and water bottle. Diet: For your wellbeing during the session, please avoid eating for at least 2 hours beforehand. Refrain from drinking alcohol the day before and the day after. Intention: Before arriving, take a quiet moment to set an intention, something you’d like to release, invite into your life, or spend time reflecting on. After the Session: Try to keep the rest of your day light and unstructured so you can fully integrate the experience. If possible, avoid scheduling commitments immediately afterward. Contra-Indications This session is less suitable for people with epilepsy, mania, delusions or psychoses, serious heart problems, low blood pressure, or implants, metal parts or medical devices. For pregnant women, participation is possible, but caution is advised.
