Founded to offer structured energetic practices that encourage personal clarity, emotional release, and creative embodiment, The Draconist views transformation as a process of deep realignment. Personalized consultations, curated workshops, and longer-term pathways are offered, designed around individual needs. This work extends beyond surface solutions, reconnecting individuals with their inner clarity, purpose, and creative potential.
At its core, a combination of mind-body-based practices, energetic alignment, and intuitive tools supports emotional release, nervous system regulation, and a deeper connection to the self. This grounded and visionary methodology bridges inner work with practical embodiment, activating lasting change in both personal and professional life.
2. Participation Disclaimer
Holosomatic Energy Therapy is a holistic practice that integrates breathwork and energy techniques to support physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. This method may include guided breathwork, body-based awareness, energetic expression, and intuitive touch practices. It is not a replacement for professional medical or psychological care. Participants must consult their physician before attending if they have health concerns.
Participation is open only to those aged 18 and above, who are legally competent and acknowledge:
The release of the facilitator from liability.
Personal responsibility for risks and decisions.
That no medical or psychological diagnosis is provided.
Participants with a history of trauma, psychological conditions, or medical concerns are strongly advised to disclose this prior to participation. Referrals to qualified professionals may be recommended.
By participating, you confirm that you do not have a medical condition that would interfere with the safety of your participation.
3. Contraindications
Participation is not allowed in the following conditions:
Neurological / Psychological
Epilepsy, stroke history, aneurysms, glaucoma, schizophrenia, psychosis, paranoia, severe anxiety, bipolar disorder, OCD, ADHD with sensitivity to lights, depersonalization, or any history of psychiatric hospitalization.
Cardiovascular / Chronic Illness
Heart conditions, COPD (II/III), uncontrolled blood pressure, recent surgeries, osteoporosis, cancer in treatment, autoimmune disorders, and other unstable medical conditions.
Other
Pregnancy (Participants must confirm they are not pregnant.)
Asthma without an inhaler.
Alcohol or drug use (including psychedelics).
Fasting over 48 hours.
Light sensitivity.
Participants with a history of trauma, psychological conditions, or medical concerns are strongly advised to disclose this prior to participation. You must consult your physician or healthcare provider regarding any medical conditions that may be affected by this practice.

4. COVID-19 Policy
All sessions are held under guidelines set by RIVM and LVNT:
Do not attend if you or someone close to you shows symptoms.
Post-vaccination: wait 5 days before attending.
Sessions may be rescheduled up to 10 hours before if symptoms appear.
Extra time is scheduled between clients for ventilation and disinfection.
5. Bookings & Payment
All bookings are made via the official website form.
Payment is made in advance to confirm your place.
Prices are listed in EUR and may be updated without prior notice.
Invoices available upon request.
6. Cancellation & Refund Policy Services
72 hours before: Full refund or reschedule.
<48 hours before: Non-refundable and non-reschedulable.
No-show: Considered used.
Facilitator cancellation: Full refund or new date.
Physical Products
Return within 14 days. Unused, in original condition.
Shipping at buyer’s cost.
Refund issued within 14 days of receipt.
Digital Products
Non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.
No refund for no-shows in online offerings.

7. Session Conduct
All sessions are strictly confidential.
No recordings unless requested by the client.
Participant must arrive on time and fill out intake form honestly.
The facilitator maintains clear professional boundaries.
This is not therapy, but a creative and energetic support practice.
8.Privacy Policy
The Draconist handles all personal data in accordance with GDPR regulations. Information collected during bookings, sessions, or any form of communication is treated with strict confidentiality and used solely for service provision, administration, or legal compliance.

9. Force Majeure
The Draconist is not liable for delays, cancellations, or service interruptions caused by events outside of its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, illness, war, civil unrest, or government actions. In such events, sessions may be rescheduled or converted into digital formats.
10. Brand & Intellectual Property
All content on the website, workshops, pathways, and collaborations is the intellectual property of The Draconist. This includes texts, visuals, logos, frameworks, and exercises. No content may be copied, shared, or reused without explicit written permission.
Unauthorized distribution or recording of materials is a breach of these terms and may result in legal action.
11. Collaborations & Public Use
If you are a collaborator, organization, or venue representative:
Written agreements are required for co-hosted events or published work.
Any content, media, or creative material produced in collaboration with The Draconist remains jointly owned unless otherwise agreed in writing. All shared content is subject to prior mutual approval for any public use.
The Draconist retains ownership of its own contributions and may reference collaborative work for its portfolio unless stated otherwise.
12. Liability Waiver
By booking or attending a session, you waive the right to claim for damages against The Draconist or any facilitator working on its behalf. You acknowledge:
You assume full responsibility for your experience.
This work is self-led and exploratory.
Results vary and no outcome is guaranteed.
You release The Draconist from all liability including emotional, energetic, or physical responses during and after the session.
Participants are fully responsible for their own physical, emotional, and energetic experience. The Draconist does not take responsibility for any outcomes beyond the scope of facilitation.
13. Disputes
All issues will first be addressed through direct, respectful conversation. If no resolution is possible, the LVNT dispute procedure will be followed (for clients in the Netherlands).
14. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be handled in accordance with the jurisdiction of the Netherlands.
15. Updates to Terms
Terms & Conditions are subject to change. The version in force at the time of your booking will apply.

Zoom Recordings: Sessions are not recorded by default. If a client explicitly requests a recording, it will be made available to them only. No recording will be taken without prior consent.
Group Photos: In group sessions, any documentation such as group photos will only be taken with verbal or written consent from all participants. If any participant does not agree, no photo will be taken.
11. Changes to This Policy

Return & Cancellation Policy
The Draconist offers both physical products and unique in-person or online treatments. Due to the nature of these offerings, different return and cancellation conditions apply.
1. Services
Cancellations for Consultations, Workshops, and Signature Pathways are accepted up to 72 hours in advance for a full refund or rescheduling.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.
In the unlikely event that The Draconist cancels the session, you will receive a full refund or have the option to reschedule.
In case of a no-show, the session will be considered completed. Refunds are not possible.
2. Physical Products
If you purchase a physical product from our store, you have the right to return it within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with EU consumer regulations. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days after we receive the returned item and confirm its condition.
3. Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital items (downloads, PDFs, recordings), all sales are final. No refunds will be issued once the download or access link has been sent or used.
