Introduction
Holosomatic Energy Therapy is a holistic practice that integrates breathwork and energy techniques to support physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. This practice aims to deepen self-awareness, release stored tension, and facilitate relaxation. While it may benefit individuals experiencing stress, emotional blockages, or physical discomfort, it is not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment. If you have any health concerns, you must consult a healthcare professional before participating.

Contraindications
Holosomatic Energy Therapy can induce strong physical and emotional reactions, including but not limited to muscle contractions, sweating, altered nervous system responses, heightened sensory awareness, headaches, dizziness, fainting, and emotional releases such as crying. The intensity and duration of these effects vary and may extend beyond the session.
Participation is strictly prohibited if you have any of the following conditions:
Neurological and Psychological Conditions: Epilepsy, retinal detachment, glaucoma, severe anxiety, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, OCD, paranoia, psychotic episodes, depersonalization, history of aneurysms in immediate family, previous strokes, transient ischemic attacks (TIA), seizures, or any other serious brain/neurological conditions.
Cardiovascular and Circulatory Disorders: Uncontrolled high blood pressure, cardiovascular diseases (including previous heart attacks), chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD-II and COPD-III), use of prescription anticoagulants.
Recent or Ongoing Medical Conditions: Acute viral or somatic diseases, osteoporosis, unhealed injuries, chronic diseases in decompensated or terminal stages, cancer, impulse control disorders.
Pregnancy: Participation is strictly prohibited. By signing this form, you confirm that you are not pregnant.
Other Restrictions: Individuals with asthma must bring their inhaler. Participation is not allowed if you are under the influence of alcohol, drugs, psychedelics, or have been fasting for more than 48 hours. Due to the use of strobe lights in our workshops, individuals with light sensitivity, ADHD, or autism cannot participate.
Important Considerations
Holosomatic Energy Therapy is considered an alternative practice and does not replace professional medical or psychological care. Any advice provided is not intended to diagnose or treat any condition. If you have any physical or mental health concerns, you must consult a qualified healthcare professional before participating. The facilitators do not diagnose, treat, or cure medical conditions. Participation is at your own risk.
Consultation Requirement
You must consult your physician or healthcare provider regarding any medical conditions that may be affected by this practice.
Release of Liability & Waiver
By signing this form, you agree that The Draconist, its owners, facilitators, assistants, and representatives (hereinafter referred to as the “FACILITATOR” or “RELEASED PARTIES”) are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses arising from your participation. You release and permanently waive any claims against the RELEASED PARTIES, including those related to negligence.
You accept full responsibility for any physical or emotional effects resulting from the practice. This waiver extends to your heirs, personal representatives, and all successors in interest.
Certification of Health
You confirm that you have no known medical conditions that would prevent your safe participation. This certification is essential for your participation, and without it, you will not be allowed to join the session.
Recording and Intellectual Property Notice
All session content, including materials and presentations, is the intellectual property of The Draconist. Unauthorized recording, distribution, or live streaming is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
Emergency Medical Authorization
In the event of an injury, you authorize medical personnel to administer emergency treatment as deemed necessary. You accept full responsibility for any related medical costs.
Legal Competence & Understanding
You confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally competent to sign this waiver. You acknowledge that you have read and fully understand the legal implications of signing this document, including:
• Releasing the FACILITATOR from all liability.
• Waiving your right to claim damages.
• Assuming all risks associated with participation.
Limitation of Liability
If any provision of this agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable by a court of law, the total liability of the FACILITATOR for any losses or damages shall be limited to the amount paid for Holosomatic Energy Therapy services.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before the session to receive a full refund or to reschedule.
Cancellations made between 72 and 48 hours before the session are only eligible for rescheduling. No refunds will be issued.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.
If The Draconist cancels the session, you will be offered either a full refund or the option to reschedule.
