OSHO Chakra Breathing Meditation is an active breathing technique designed to activate and balance your chakras.
The practice combines deep, continuous breathing through the nose and out through the mouth, allowing sound on the exhale, while your focus moves step by step from the Root Chakra to the Crown and back.
Gentle body movements and sound cues support the flow. After the active phase, the meditation ends with a silent sitting stage, allowing you to observe and integrate the experience.
